Q. Do you offer customized packages?

Yes, we do. Please contact our booking number +91 9167999666 to book a package not mentioned in the sevices menu. We offer customized offerings for marriage parties, corporate events, pickups from airports etc.
Q. What is the seating & luggage capacity of a citybliss van?
A.
Each van can accommodate two adults. There is provision for accommodating two large bags as well. In case you have excess luggage please let us know and we will make arrangements for the same.
Q. When can I book a van?
A.
We advise our members to give at least two hour advance notice for placing the bookings. We accept bookings based on the availability of the vans during the requested booking period.
Q. How do I pay?
A.
You can pay either by cash or credit / debit card (visa and master card) in the van after you receive the service
Q. In which cities do you provide services ?
A. Currently Mumbai but we plan to operate in other cities soon

Q. What should I expect at my first citybliss experience?
A.
All our services are fully clothed with removal of only your footwear. In case you are wearing tight fitted pants / jeans and need a foot massage we will provide you with comfortable pair of pants which you can change into in our washroom inside the van. Depending on the type of therapy booked while making an appointment, our therapists will perform the same while you travel to your destination or while parked at your doorstep.
Q. Will the services be relaxing enough given that they are performed inside a moving van?
A.
The van is designed and developed using anechoic material which insulates itself from the exterior noise. Our drivers are careful to ensure a smooth and timely ride while our therapists are trained to administer the services inside the van.
